Remote Control for VuDome or VuCube
This remote needs to be programmed to match the unit you have, this needs to be done prior to the disptach of the remote.
To do the programming we need to get the model and serial number off your outside unit, this can be found next door to the F connectors on the outside unit, best thing is to take a picture and send it to us via email (this number will look like this ie: 23-01126 or similar).
IMPORTANT: Once you have provided this and paid for the programmed remote we will do the programming and test the remote is functioning correctly on our unit, once dispatched there is no refund as the cost of this item is in the programming side of things.
